DIRECTV Separation & Migration

When AT&T TV was rebranded to DIRECTV Stream, there was an ask to migrate all DIRECTV content from att.com to directv.com. This was an enormous undertaking as only 2 years prior, AT&T acquired DIRECTV and had migrated their experience into AT&T's. Thankfully, I was up to the challenge of detanglement!

Completed a site URL dump for both att.com & directv.com
Performed a full site scrub for all DIRECTV content

Visited each URL and identified all impacted pages, marking each one for either migration, retirement or content only updates

Created an organized site map for each domain, reflecting the full-page migration plan based on the way-finding audit.
